Placed my piano ad in the newspaper. 

10hrs/wk, $1280/mo is my first goal. 
15hrs/wk, $1920/mo is my second goal.
20hrs/wk, $2560/mo is my third goal. 

That’s just from teaching in the evenings.
My daytime job will add $684/mo.
Which means when I reach my first goal of 10hrs piano per week,
my total income will be $1964/mo
and I dont pay rent anymore.

So time for a little dreaming.  
What would I do if I made $1964 every month right now….

• Flat screen HDTV
• Cable TV with DVR
• Ticket to Korea
• Help parents with their bills
• Take parents out to a fancy dinner
• Take mom to ocean shores
• Take mom tax-free shopping in Portland, OR
• Spend a weekend in NYC with mom
• Buy all the books I want
• Buy dad new technology

• Spend a week in Europe with mom
• Ticket to Korea with mom
• Take a trip with dad (to where…?)
• shop shop shop

I dont know what exactly I’d do for dad. I dont know what his interests are, besides God and church… does he even have any? I dont know. But I still want to do things for him too. 

As for my sister? ha. As if I’d spend a penny on her. She can just watch and wish she had money.

 

Anyways, I already have a new student starting in Sept

 

I’m so excited to have money to spend. It will take a few months and hard work, but I’ll get there. It definitely helps that I love piano, teaching, and kids. I cant wait to spoil my parents who’ve worked sooo hard all their lives and still barely have anything. I cant wait to pay them back.
